In the summer of 2019, I went to Germany through the Working Holidays in Germany program and I have never regretted it! After receiving my Job Offer back in November 2018, I knew that I would be working at the Holiday Park amusement park. After chatting with the employers via Skype, I already understood that I would be surrounded by very nice people and that I would be working in a wonderful place. All my expectations were met when I arrived at the park: we lived in a two-story cottage, which at that time we shared with 12 people, 9 of whom were guys from Serbia and Bosnia, speaking the same language. We had a shower, and not just one, a cool kitchen, a living room, a terrace, a bar, and even a pool with fish. Next to us were 2 similar houses, but a little smaller, where guys from Portugal, France, and the Netherlands lived. Together, we all worked at the amusement park. I immersed myself in such an international experience that I had never even dreamed of, and it was incredibly cool!
