How do I submit my application?
To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form — request a consultation or enroll. After that, the program coordinator will walk you through every step of the enrollment process.
What documents do I need to register?
Completed application form;
CV with a photo in a Word file;
Copy of passport;
Copy of student record book and transcript of grades with translations into German;
Copy of a language certificate confirming your proficiency level;
IB certificate on an official form (document confirming student status);
Certificate of no criminal record (if required by the employer).
When should I submit my application?
You should submit your program documents at least 3–4 months before your desired start date.
What is a Work Permit?
This is the official work permit the participant uses to apply for a Working Holiday visa.
What is a Working Holiday visa?
This visa lets you work legally in Germany during your summer or winter break.
What passport do I need to have?
Under the participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid passport for international travel no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. The participant must also have a passport that is valid for travel abroad at least two months before the earliest program start date.
