Work in Germany for students on break
Work in Germany for students
Work this summer or winter, learn languages, and enjoy traveling. Employers are already waiting!
Working Holiday in Germany: Dream vacation!
The Working Holiday in Germany program offers paid job placements across Germany for students during summer or winter breaks. Participants can work and travel around the country. University and college students aged 18-35 can take part in the holiday work program. It’s important to maintain student status for the entire duration of the program, so students in their final semester aren’t eligible. All participants must know both German and English. Those with a strong level of German (at least Intermediate) have better chances of getting job offers for higher-level positions. Participants with a low level of German mainly work in roles such as cleaner and housekeeper. Participants can work in any city in Germany. The program sponsor selects only one potential employer and isn’t obligated to place a participant in a specific city or type of work.
