How do I submit my documents to participate?
To enroll in the program, just call us or fill out the form: sign up for a consultation or enroll. After that, the program coordinator will walk you through every step of the enrollment process.
What documents do I need to register?
Completed application form
Resume in Word format (CV)
Motivation letter in Word format (Motivation Statement)
Scan of your passport
Copy of your transcript with grades, translated into English
Bank statement dated within the 6 months prior to securing a host company
A short video about yourself (recommended to increase your chances of finding an internship placement)
What is a Work Permit?
This is a work permit. Depending on the country where your internship takes place, it may be required to successfully complete the internship. Your sponsor will provide instructions and help you obtain the work permit if necessary.
Which visa do I need for the program?
The type of visa depends on the chosen country (Thailand, Maldives, Vietnam, Indonesia), as well as on the selected program (Practical training or management training).
1. For Thailand — ED visa (study) or V visa (business). Arranged before departure to Thailand;
2. For Vietnam — DH visa (student) or DN visa (business). Arranged upon arrival in Vietnam;
3. For Indonesia — social-cultural visa or work visa. Arranged before departure to Indonesia;
4. For the Maldives program — student visa or work visa. Arranged upon arrival in the Maldives.
Once you’re enrolled in the program, the sponsor will confirm which type of visa you need to obtain and which documents you should prepare and bring with you before departing for the internship.
What is a School Support letter?
This is an accompanying document/letter from the school. This document is required for the visa application. The sponsor can provide a sample letter if needed. It’s important to confirm with the school before enrolling in the program whether they can support your internship and, if necessary, issue an accompanying letter.
What kind of passport do I need to have?
Under the program participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid international passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. The participant must also hold a passport valid for international travel for at least two months before the earliest program start date.
