Whether you need a visa, and what type, depends on the country you choose:
Vietnam: Visa-free entry is allowed for up to 15 days. For longer stays you need a tourist visa, which can be obtained in advance online, at a consulate, or on arrival.
India: A tourist visa is required; it can be issued online or at a consular office. Length of stay: up to 2 months.
Indonesia: No visa is required for stays up to 30 days, provided you have a return ticket.
Philippines: Visa-free entry for up to 30 days.
Cambodia: A tourist visa is required. It can be obtained online, at a consulate, or on arrival. Length of stay: up to 30 days.
China: A tourist visa is required and is processed at a consulate. Length of stay: up to 30 days.
Laos: No visa is required for stays up to 30 days.
Maldives: A tourist visa is issued free on arrival, allowing stays of up to 30 days.
Mongolia: Visa-free entry is allowed for up to 30 days.
Nepal: A visa is required; it can be obtained at a consulate or on arrival.
Thailand: Visa-free entry is allowed for up to 30 days.
Sri Lanka: An electronic tourist visa is required and is applied for online.
