Do I need to know English?

Which companies participate in the program?
We work with over 7,000 Australian companies. Each placement is tailored to your profile.
Will I need to provide a language proficiency certificate?
Yes, IELTS or TOEFL.
Can I do an internship while studying or working?

How long does the program last?
From 6 to 12 weeks. You pick the length based on your goals and availability.
How do I pay for the program?
After signing the agreement with IEC, you must pay the registration fee of 600$ AUD within 7 calendar days. Once your internship placement is confirmed, you’ll make the second program payment.
When should I apply?
The Virtual Internship in Australia runs year-round, but you’ll need to submit your documents at least 2 months before your preferred start date.
Will I need to have an interview with the employer?
Your sponsor will select an internship placement that requires a Skype interview.
Is there a list of open positions?
Yes, there is. After you submit your application and your profile is received, the program sponsor selects current openings and sends your resume to potential employers. This helps match your qualifications as closely as possible to companies’ needs.
