Intern at top hotels in the Czech Republic, learn about the tourism industry, and enjoy a cultural program in Prague.

What’s included in the one-month course:

80 hours of classes — 4 hours a day, 5 times a week (for the 1-month program).

  • – Lectures and practical sessions on: “Fundamentals of the Tourism Business. Management in Tourism” (32 hours)
  • – English — theory and practice with a native speaker (32 hours)
  • – Practical training at top 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels in the Czech Republic (16 hours)

In the two-week program, each subject has half the hours, i.e., 16:16:8.

All training and internships are held in English.

How do you treat guests professionally? How to become a true professional receptionist! No matter where you work or who your guests are, the basics are the same. How do you handle guest complaints and still keep smiling? Guide guests to say, “It was great to be here!”

Creative marketing I

These classes will also touch on the importance of reviews and the possibilities of using reviews in marketing. Part of these classes also focuses on the Hotelstars Union project (the official European star system).
