How do I submit my application?
To enroll in the program, just call us or fill out the form — choose “Schedule a consultation” or “Enroll”. After that, your program coordinator will walk you through every step of the enrollment process.
What documents do I need to register?
Completed application form
Resume with a smiling photo in Word format (CV) in English or Spanish
Motivation letter in Word format in English or Spanish
Scan of passport
2 references in English or Spanish (recommended)
Full‑body photo
Scan of your highest diploma or a document proving student status (if still studying)
Certificate of no criminal record
Medical certificate
What visa do I need for the program?
A program participant applies for an electronic authorization that any citizen holding a valid passport can obtain. The authorization is valid for up to 30 days, but once a holder enters the country on it, they may remain for no more than 180 days.
What kind of passport do I need to have?
According to the participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid passport for international travel no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest program start date.
