How do I submit my application?
To enroll in a program, just call us or fill out the form to book a consultation or enroll. After that, the program coordinator will walk you through every step of the enrollment process.
What documents do I need to register?
Completed application form
Copy of your passport
Resume (CV), preferably in Word format
Motivation letter
Passport-style photo
Proof of student status from your university
Letter from the University — a letter from your university confirming that you are taking part in an internship to gain experience in your field of study and that you will return to your country of study after it ends
Police clearance certificate
What visa do I need for the program?
Participants in the Internship in Brasil program must obtain a VITEM IV student visa that permits paid work (for international students enrolled at a Brazilian university) or a VITEM V work visa (the visa type depends on the employer’s requirements).
What passport do I need?
Under the participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid passport for international travel no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. The participant must also hold a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest program start date.
